How does it work?
  • Browse the catalog of clothes. 
  • Add items to your cart and checkout. The standard shipping fee for every order (no matter how many items) is a flat rate of $5.
  • Look for the clothes delivered to your door!
  • When you are ready, return the clothes using the prepaid shipping label.  You have one month to keep the clothes, but feel free to keep the clothes beyond the due date.  You are charged a recurring monthly fee for any items kept past the due date.
How does WookyBaby save me money?
Since each item is only $8 (on average), you don’t have to spend $30, $40, $50 + on an outfit your child might wear only a couple of times before outgrowing it.

Consider the following scenario:
Dress bought retail costs $48. Your child wore it 3 times. Cost per wear = $16.
Dress bought on sale at 40% off and spent $28.80. Your child wore it 3 times. Cost per wear is still $9.60.
Dress rented through WookyBaby and spent $13 (including shipping). Your child wore it 3 times. Cost per wear is $4.33!

Think what you could do with the extra $15-$35 … Invest it in your child’s college education, sign your child up for golf or dance lessons, etc.
How long can I keep the clothes?
The order you place is flexible! If you like the clothes, you can keep them for as many months as you like. You are charged a recurring fee per item for each month the item is rented.
How many items can I rent at a time?
You can rent as many items as you like!  Two-way shipping is still only $5.
What is your return policy?
You are welcome to keep the clothes as long as your child is still wearing them. After one month, your credit card on file will be charged for each item that has not yet been returned.  
What if the item doesn't fit my child?
Our goal is to ensure you have a good experience with the items you rent.  If the item does not fit, it can be exchanged for another item at the same price point.  You will only be charged for shipping (on average a couple of dollars).  
How do I return an item?
When you are ready to return a clothing item, return it using the prepaid envelope. You are welcome to return only part of your order at a time, although you will need to pay for a separate shipping label if you choose this option. You will only be charged an additional monthly fee for the items you keep after the first month.
How do I ensure that the clothes I receive are clean?
The items are cleaned upon return according to the label instructions using hypo-allergenic detergent that is free of dyes and fragrances.  Dry cleaning is used only when suggested on the label.  Bleach and stronger stain removers are used only when absolutely necessary.
What if I lose an item I rented?
You will be charged the difference between the purchase price (which can be found by looking up the outfit on our site) and the amount already paid for the rental.  If we do not receive the garment within 5 months, we will not continue charging your credit card the monthly fee.  
What if the item I rent is stained or damaged while my child is wearing it?
We understand that sometimes this happens with kids! If stain or damage caused the garment to be beyond repair, we will charge the same as a lost item (the difference between the purchase price and the amount already paid for the rental).
